  Second bedroom with double bunks (recommended for children only), desk and robe

• Open plan lounge/dining area with lounge, colour television, air-conditioning and dining table with four chairs
• Iron, ironing board and basic cleaning items
• Front balcony and private driveway parking with carport

Conditions:

• Minimum four (4) week stay
• Balance of first four (4) weeks rent to be paid on arrival, additional booked weeks to be paid two (2) weeks in advance
• A non-refundable deposit equal to one (1) week’s rent is required upon approval
• Cleaning deposit ($100.00) and key deposit ($25.00) to be paid on arrival
• Cleaning service provided for $30 per hour
• Maximum two (2) adults and two (2) children (under 13 years)

• Open plan lounge/dining area with lounge, colour television, air-conditioning ($2 for eight (8) continuous hours) and dining table with five chairs
• Iron, ironing board and basic cleaning items
• Front verandah and private driveway parking

Conditions:
