Deposits
A deposit is required to confirm each reservation. Reservations made within 30 days of arrival require a deposit to be paid when making the booking. If 30 days or more notice is given, a deposit must be paid within 10 days of making the booking.

Deposits can be paid using your credit card, by giving details over the telephone. Money orders and personal cheques are only accepted if received at least 30 days prior to arrival. If you are sending a cheque or money order, please ensure to record your full name, address, licence number and reservation number on the back of the cheque/money order. This will ensure correct and quick processing of your deposit. Please note that a $20 fee applies for dishonoured cheques.

A confirmation letter and receipt will be forwarded to you once the deposit has been paid. Once received, please check the reservation details are correct and inform the Customer Service Team immediately of any changes.

Cancellation Policy
1. If a reservation is cancelled 30 days or more before the booked arrival date, a $25 cancellation fee applies per reservation.
2. If a reservation is cancelled within 30 days of arrival, any deposit refund is up to the discretion of the Manager.
3. No refunds or cancellations within 10 days of arrival.
4. At least 30 days notice must be given for any booking and date alterations.

Group Deposits & Payments
A nominal deposit is required to confirm each group booking. Payment of the deposit is required within one month of making a tentative booking, unless stated otherwise on the group quote.

The balance of the account is to be paid one month prior to the groups arrival (unless stated otherwise on the group quote). A tax invoice will be issued once the balance has been paid in full.

Prices are NETT to Brisbane Holiday Village and are not subject to any further discount or commission. Prices are quoted in Australian dollars, include GST and are subject to change.

Group Cancellation / Alteration Policy
1. Cancellations with more than 60 days written notice, attracts a $500 cancellation fee.
2. No refunds or cancellations within 60 days of arrival.
3. At least 60 days notice must be given for any alterations.
